One of my favorite bakers in D-Town. For years, and there are quite a few, I have experienced consistently good quality and very friendly service. A change of ownership has not changed anything. You can get really tasty baked goods here. The flour comes from our own production and the grain comes from organic farming. The assortment ranges from savory to mild to sweet.

The best and healthiest bread in all of Düsseldorf! Have been a customer for many years. The poppy seed and apple cake and the nut corners are also recommended. Don't get discouraged when a lot of people stand ... it's super fast. Many thanks to the whole team!

My husband and I visited Hercules Bakery for the first time today. We bought a nougat ring that was completely overpriced at € 2.80. Likewise, the two apple pies that didn't taste at all. Will visit our regular bakery again in the future. Too bad for the money.

The best - and only organic bakery in Düsseldorf. I would be happy to recommend it because the bakery trade is very important here. No ready-made dough mixes, but manual work. The dough has time to rest and develop to full quality - and you can taste it. The baked goods are made sustainably, healthy - and simply very tasty! I also like that the Hercules bakery offers the event "The Open Bakery", where you can look behind the scenes and bake yourself.

I bought a bag full of baked goods here through the Too Good To Go app that would otherwise be thrown away. I was absolutely excited! And really, without exception, everything tasted very good. I was convinced that it is an organic wholemeal bakery. The raisin mushrooms were incredibly good - and whole wheat! The bakery is unfortunately too far away for the normal needs, but I would pay the regular price in any case :)
